Please use caution when using this service. I had an appointment, and they get your credit card information up front. I had an appointment and when I tried to log in for my appointment the app updated, and I missed my appointment. I called in right after and informed them next thing I knew my credit card was charged over $200 for a missed appointment that was not even my fault. I called, and they submitted a ticket to have issue addressed but that ticket went nowhere. I got scammed

This company presents itself like they're affiliated with my insurance but they're a 3rd party organization. When I logged in for the appointment the app froze up on the opening screen with the dr logo for over 10 minutes. I restarted my phone and everything. They charged me $229 for a missed appointment fee. When you call to dispute the charges they send you from department to department. The tech support guy said that I never logged into the app but look at these one stars with similar stories.
