Unreliable AI and customer service. I literally checked to see if they were able to help me with my specific situation before I made my appt and was told yes. Then after being tossed between 2 different doctors who didn't even speak to me, I was told that they can't help me. I wasted over an hour on the phone waiting and never even getting the chance to discuss anything with the provider, ONLY with AI summary assistant. I do NOT recommend this app.

This company presents itself like they're affiliated with my insurance but they're a 3rd party organization. When I logged in for the appointment the app froze up on the opening screen with the dr logo for over 10 minutes. I restarted my phone and everything. They charged me $229 for a missed appointment fee. When you call to dispute the charges they send you from department to department. The tech support guy said that I never logged into the app but look at these one stars with similar stories.

Went online to sign up for an appointment. They had me wait in a que for 40 minutes and then dropped me. They emailed me saying they were ready for me. When I clicked on it. It out me back in a 40 minute que and dropped me again. Then I get an email saying they were going to charge me a cancellation fee. I thought this was a legit company. Didn't go here it's a scam.
