First doctor I saw was a little dry in personality but the second doctor I saw was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. She was very professional and personable. If I had my choice of doctors on this platform I'd pick her every time.

This company presents itself like they're affiliated with my insurance but they're a 3rd party organization. When I logged in for the appointment the app froze up on the opening screen with the dr logo for over 10 minutes. I restarted my phone and everything. They charged me $229 for a missed appointment fee. When you call to dispute the charges they send you from department to department. The tech support guy said that I never logged into the app but look at these one stars with similar stories.

I had to create an account to find out what the fees where. I thought they were quite high, so I used another doctor app that was cheaper, and it worked out very good for me, so I asked to close my account at this one, and they refused to do it stating that my medical records are in jeopardy. I didn't give them any medical records because I didn't use the service. I didn't like the price and backed out of it. This is the worst experience I have had with Google Play thus far.
