No that's not what your policy is, it clearly states you will send an email reminder before payment is taken. You continue the lie. Blatent liars, misleading, deceptive I think that's a very fair review of this app. I really don't like liars so if the option was for zero stars it would be given. I've already reached out to you and raised a ticket, if you honestly want to resolve this you would have already, not just sending a generic reply to my review.
