Amazing and reliable. Please add a MauCas payment system directly in the app. It's a hassle to have to take the driver's number then juice etc. and also the ability to pay in advance.

The perfect online transport booking in Mauritius. Off course, cheaper than taxi, though it could be better. Downloading the App and registration took less than 2 minutes and there you go! Being new to Mauritius and kn the first day of arrival, and be able to use it, is a dealbreaker!

I don’t understand how this app has a 4.5-star rating! The prices are outrageously high. For example, a short ride from Jeetoo Hospital to Caudal costs Rs 500, MGSS Vacoas to Jumbo Phoenix also Rs 500—both are barely 10-minute rides RS 200 would be a fair price. And Vacoas to Port Louis for Rs 1200? That’s daylight robbery! This pricing makes the service unaffordable and unjustifiable. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Bad experience for passenger, and from what I understood for drivers too. Scheduled a ride which never came. Emailed customer support from the app, never got a response. Decided to manually search for a ride on the app. No car picked up. After a few tries, a kind driver called to explain to me that they are not getting passed adequate location and pricing, so no taxis will be willing to pick up rides. Was not able to get a taxi though the app. Ended up missing my appointment.
