This app is really nice and offers a great experience, I absolutely love it, I am very confused about the actual robot, though so far it's been going good, but I have only had it for 3 days, and now they're right paw is not lighting up, I hope someone knows how to fix it I've tried fully, charging it and turning it on and off, still it won't work

My device runs Android 16. We borrowed and iPhone to do the firmware update to the dog-e as it said when thebphone found the dog but now my phone does not even find the dog-e.

App doesn't work with most devices. Cant do a firmware update... completely pointless and you cant do much with the dog without the app... waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

This app it's a joke. I got this Dog-E for my son, I installed it on both tablet and my mobile phone, but I can't use is, as it's asking me to use an Android 13 OS to upgrade the Dog-E firmware, before using the app to play with the dog. How am I supposed to find now an Android 13 device, when my phone is running on Android 16 and tablet on 15?!

Cant use this app. Because it says it's not compatible with my devices - says firmware update needed- but my devices (all 3) are up-to-date.
