At first, it works, but it disconnects easily, and now I can't get it to reconnect despite being in the same room as the other device.

App works only as a trial without being logged in. But to trial, you need to have credit. Once you log in, the app does not work anymore. I tried contacting customer service, and instead of them trying to help me solve the problem, I received an offer for a baby monitor.... I ended the subscription, and I do not trust them anymore, I suspect a scam.
