My puppy is showing progress by the minute when we follow the training. It's so amazing to see how smart she is! Being a first time dog owner, I really appreciate how easy and impactful the lessons are. Over the first three days, my puppy learned sit and zen commands and has been having fun playing educational shoo-shoo and find it games. Love this app. I've not long purchased a pomeranian puppy who was very nippy when he played, wouldn't listen to anything I said, wasn't toilet trained and would not leave his 14-year-old Jack russel brothers tail alone. In just a matter of days he has learned to sit, plays the shoop game the towel game and has come along fantastically in his toilet training. He doesn't bite so much and tends to leave his brother alone alot more. Here's hoping for a well-behaved dog in the future. Thank you

Found this app through an ad on Facebook. Paid 30 for one month, when one year is offered for 25. I'm so mad right now. They haven't even replied to the message I sent.

I paid for the 12-week trial but received nothing. I downloaded the app and there's no way to attach it to the account I just paid for. How do I get my money and cancel this spammer?

Purchased a trial for $14.99USD which now doesn't seem to exist according to the app. I want to cancel it, so I don't get charged for the full year, but it's telling me there's no subscription active. Emailed the help team, but had no response. Emailed them again, so hopefully this feedback with help them respond 🤷🏻♀️
