I run beagles for rabbits in the hills of western Arkansas and this system performs flawlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone that uses dogs for hunting. Gives you peace of mind knowing exactly where your hounds are.

Have had the trx system for 3 years. About to add a few more collars with stim capabilities to the system. So, far it works flawless on my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. No glitches ever. Hopefully the stim controls work as good as the rest of the system has for me. Will update my review after using the stim collars.

We use the Dogtra Pathfinder for Search and Rescue. We love how easy it is to use, that we can use it without data, and we can import and export to pur mapping software. Plus customer service is awesome and very helpful.

Having issues with the collars always showing "offline" in the Android App on Samsung S20FE. Collars are successfully paired to the receiver. Restarting the application, restarting the phone, reconnecting the collar to the receiver, takes 15-20 minutes to get it working each time I use it. Frustrated and likely to be returned. Other Dogtra Collars without the app don't have these issues. This review was written while on hold to the customer support line - after 15 minutes of being told:1st in line, left message to be called back. Will update review IF call back and issue resolved.

The app was perfect at first. Now it's does work at all. It glitches really bad and the collar just refuses to sync up for 30 minutes or more. Now today they app won't even open on my phone. I had to delete it because it was causing my phone to glitches horribly. Please fix this, so my dog can free run safely again.
★☆☆☆☆Mags· Mar 3, 2023
Every time I open the app it starts scrolling side to side from map, compass, to the collar screen, and I cannot get it to stop.
★☆☆☆☆Tyler D· Mar 4, 2026
The app struggles to connect, and stay connected with the collar. Too expensive to have these kinds of problems.
