Have had the trx system for 3 years. About to add a few more collars with stim capabilities to the system. So, far it works flawless on my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. No glitches ever. Hopefully the stim controls work as good as the rest of the system has for me. Will update my review after using the stim collars.

The app was perfect at first. Now its does work at all. It glitches really bad, and the collar just refuses to sync up for 30 minutes or more. Now today they app won't even open on my phone. I had to delete it because it was causing my phone to glitches horribly. Please fix this, so my dog can free run safely again.

Connectivity issues were fixed for me in the February update, but I would really like to see some basic things added like optional geo-fence stim, and lock screen controls for tone and nick. Updated. The ability to connect to my collar is all but lost. Super bummed I am this invested and if I can't figure it out will probably have to switch to a garmin before my summer guide season in montana.

App used to be great. Now, in the last update, I can't view my device list anymore or change the color of their icons. It's covered by a trade in your pathfinder 1 icon for credit on a pathfinder2 tab. I guess they are trying to do away with the original pathfinder soon. I've had them for over 6 yrs with no problems. That sucks because I've invested a lot of money into 15 collars.

Having issues with the collars always showing "offline" in the Android App on Samsung S20FE. Collars are successfully paired to the receiver. Restarting the application, restarting the phone, reconnecting the collar to the receiver, takes 15–20 minutes to get it working each time I use it. Frustrated and likely to be returned. Other Dogtra Collars without the app don't have these issues. This review was written while on hold to the customer support line - after 15 minutes of being told:1st in line, left message to be called back. Will update review IF call back and issue resolved.
