I bought two of these watches a year ago for my two daughters. Both have failed within that year. What you need to know is that these watches aren't water-resistant whatsoever, and there is a pink water mark just inside the base that shows if the watch has been affected by water. Watch 1: failed when one daughter was washing her hands at school about 3 months in and accidentally splashed some water onto it. For a watch aimed at kids aged 6-12, a little bit of water occurs frequently. Fortunately, only the fitness app stopped working for a period until the most recent firmware was pushed out which killed the call functionality. Told daughter to keep wearing it for the tracking purposes, but today the band lug that attaches to the band holes fell off with no way to reattach. Watch 2: no water damage to this watch at all. Latest firmware killed call functions as per watch 1 and she lost all contacts from her watch. Daughter could still intermittently message and still had some tracking. Doki Support recommendation was to reset to factory. Upon reset, watch no longer finds the phone network... If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money.
