Pathetic service by nurse / doctor. Never recommend Consulted on the first day of my chickenpox but no antiviral medicines prescribed. But then on the second day, on the paracentral Said they can only prescribe antiviral only on the first day of infection So later I ended up with not having any medications for my disease Don't know what to believe Very incapable and Google doctors who just say what is already there on the internet

Almost always had a good experience, but unfortunately they couldn't solve problem online and didn't give an actual written referral. And when I asked for refund they told me they will refund me this time but next time patient fee will still be charged. Why should I pay twice once to Doktor.se and once to Paracentral they should give actual written referral or cancel the fee if they are unable to fix something themselves or give actual written referral

If I could rate this -5 stars, I would. There is no interactive chat. And really difficult to get the information that I'm looking for. In my instance, once I finally was able to find out where the vaccine bus was going to be and what time, I got to where the bus supposedly is. No bus to be seen. And no one to contact to ask why the bus isn't where it's supposed to be. Which I thought was the whole purpose of the app.
