Your app is broken after the forced update. It gives an error when using biometric login then prompts for username and password and two-factor auth. However, the two-factor auth screen doesn't let you enter the code, so you can't log in. When doing a forced update at the very least you should test user authentication before releasing.

It's so hard to find what you need on the app, you could search it 5 different ways, but it won't pull up what you need but It's there in the store when you walk in.
