Should be Sued Customer service is trained to use manipulative practices designed to make you feel helpless and give up. The clothes are good- IF they show up. Look at the reviews, you'll have to scroll to the bottom where the real ones are, I'd estimate 1 in 15 items simply don't arrive. Their "loyalty" program is incredibly scammy. If you earn a decent amount of cashback in the app and apply it to an order, they'll pretend items are out of stock, use up your cashback and keep it.

App update issues-cannot see any images of products now, so I guess I won't be buying anything since no images will load

Everything is mainly polyester and the prices are high even though it's just the same quality you'd get on shein or other fast fashion shops where you'd get things like this way cheaper, make them cheaper or make them out of better materials so their better quality
