Buyer Beware. Scam App. They intentionally send you broken and damaged products and when looking for a refund or a replacement they only offer you store credit. They claim "shipping issue" but really what's happening is that their employees are willingly putting damaged products and shipping them out to consumers and stealing from them.

Gorgeous dresses and bags in design, BUT terrible customer service. My first order has not arrived, but my experience with the customer service team is bad. I ordered many dresses and bags. There is a delay in the order right now of 5 days. They shipped one package with one thing, and the rest of the order comes in another one. The second package is the delayed one. They can't do 2-day shipping as a courtesy for THEIR delay. They can't change the shipping address either. It has not shipped!!!!!!

Awful company. Awful customer service. Just an awful experience. My girlfriend ordered a shirt from there for the first time, and they sent the wrong item. Okay no biggie mistakes happen. But they say she can keep the item, and we will give you store credit. Well the item doesn't fit her, and she has zero interest in it. So that's pointless. Also, the shirt was on sale and now it's not. So she has to buy it again when they should have just sent it to us for free!
