Using this app oftenly but my experience is good enough to recommend it, one thing I want to add to save your time is that don't mention delivery instructions in app, A rider will contact you to confirm the exact location meanwhile you will receive a call from a counter of your selective branch and in that case just say inform to rider to contact us. After all it's smooth enough for me to place my desired order 😌

Worse experience at Iqbal Town branch, Lahore. They took more than 50 mins but didn't serve the order, when asked, they said that your 1 pizza is ready, but the other one was given to the rider Than we ask for refund. The staff was very unprofessional and misbehave with us and deny refund at all. But later they give the refund money but didn't compensate us. Is that how they should treat their regular customers. Review Date: August 1, 2026: I ordered from Domino's today under the name Ilya, and it was a very disappointing experience. The pizza quality was extremely poor. The cheese tasted bad and there was very little of it. The chicken portion was also very small and did not taste fresh. Overall, the pizza was not worth the money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Domino's, and I hope they improve their food quality.

I had a very bad experience with Domino's online payment service. I paid for my order through Jazz Cash, and the payment was deducted from my account. Jazz Cash later confirmed that the amount was refunded back to Domino's, but I still have not received my refund. I have contacted your customer support multiple times through phone calls, emails, and Instagram messages, but no one has resolved my issue or provided a proper update. It has been extremely frustrating.
