It feels random and controlled at the same time. Your job is always at risk, but you get better at identifying what increases your chances of doing better. Improving your health first and work speed after helps early in the game. (Don't upgrade work speed early, or you'll be fired for being too good).

Part-time job gives me 5-15 experience. Where is the 300-600 money? There is no text, that Part time job gives experience, only 300-600 money. So why I watch Ad and receive 5-15 XP? Sometimes it really gives 300-600 money and in the beginning it was always so.

Stay away, It's either broken or borderline ment to be horribly slow. Im 3 hours in, I cant get past 60 percent promotion chance a still I FAIL AND FAIL AND FAIL. Takes me about 15 tries to pass first promotion each time at 60 percent. Its xcom odds with this game, the percentages mean nothing.

New firing events are awful. You have no influence over techno king or gen z intern, so you are forced to get fired when it happens. And it's okay. Haha, funny joke, but why am I forced to do it 4-5 times before it finally goes away?
