It will not let you download the game it will download says installing, and then it will stop, and you have to try to install it again, and I've yet to get it installed

You are making watch 3 ads for 3 more keys, and sometimes I can watch more than 3 ads and still won't get to pick another 3 chests or the ad will stop in the middle, and you start again ... And I have video proof of it...
