Moronically hilarious. I experienced something with this customer support that I have never had before. We received an offer to get 30 coconut water for rs. 1499, so I went ahead and grabbed the deal. It has been 4 days since I received only 1 coconut water however on the application the quantity has been reducing daily. I raised my concerns with the support, and they are sending me videos on how to navigate through the app to check the progress of my order and placing next days coconut water for

One of the worst services I’ve experienced. If my area isn’t serviceable, how was I able to order and create a subscription? They have no direct contact number, and customer support often closes tickets without properly understanding or resolving the issue. I added ₹1,000 and got it back after 20 days of repeatedly contacting support and so much struggle. They should improve their app and customer support before focusing on selling milk.

Worst customer service, first of all only 8 why coconut delivered instead of 10 delivery package and 1 order delivered to me from back end and money deducted without my knowledge and when I raised complain about above 2 issue it were closed from backend twice they do not care about your complaints again same thing repeated when I subscribed to there 10 days coconut plan for 500 rs now whenever I claim 1 delivery I have to pay 19 rs extra than what is meaning of subscribing coconut for 500

Do not use this app. They falsely advertise that once you recharge for a particular amount you get x days of free milk/ coconut water etc. However, the catch is, the amount that you recharge for goes directly towards that offer, and you get INR 0 or INR 1 in your wallet, which essentially means that it is not free. Then, each day you would need to open the app and claim the "not-so-free" milk/ coconut. If you miss adding it on any of the 7 days, you don't get that product, and you lose money.
