I can't start the third level. A ghost dial in circular motion appears and doesn't continue. I thought that it was offline game. I really like the game but can't progress.

Fine until you have to draw fast in level 4. Yeah the drawing tracking which is the whole point of the actual game sucks really bad, and half the time when I draw the v shape it says I drew a | and apparently the ^ shape is the - shape despite me drawing almost circles for those too. Lastly apparently the ♥ is a ⚡ which .how did you get that so incredibly wrong‽
