I wasn't expecting it to be as effective as it actually is. haven't used it for long enough to see if it helps me learn anything yet, but it naturally will just based off of exposure. The built-in captions and definitions are really helpful too! Genuinely good app, try it out for language learning. Also gets you used to faster speakers as a result, because people online tend to speak faster.

After using for about an hour for Japanese study, I really enjoy the app. The whole idea is great, just a few things that keep this app from 5 star. The Closed Caption (CC) doesn't always keep up, and when I swipe right to flash cards it's buggy and glitchy, and audio from the videos plays in background still. If the captions kept up better it would be 5/5 stars. It's a very cool way to immerse in a language.

First video I got after the very first one was an AI-generated Islamophobic video and I really really really do not think that even if I was trying to learn arabic, AI or anti-Muslim sentiment would be a reliable way to learn a language. AI has infiltrated enough of these language learning apps, and I'd hope for at least one or two exceptions, but I have yet to find that in this particular app.

Super buggy 😭 It's an amazing idea but executed horribly ngl, maybe with time it'll get better, but right now, I wouldn't waste your time on it🙌

Needs some work for the Korean section, often shows just one word for the subtitles feature, and often shows videos in other languages which it actually captions better. 하지만 조은 생각이어서 나중에 다시 확인 할 거야

Your app sucks. Good concept but no work and it's so hard to understand. If you're anything less than fluent, all the videos are done u know how to say this word?? it's should be more like kids shows from the language for lower learners, still ALL in that language, but easier to understand. Having one word in that language per video won't help you remember, or find out how to use it in a sentence.
