Customer support is automatic while they say that's "human support", it is not. I had a serious issue that came from a bug, and I was left out in danger, an issue that needed an URGENT solution. Let's not talk about the fact that everything is costly and the matching are awful, lack of resources, etc. Don't install it, not worth it, not free to play!

Somewhat fun, til I started running into the obscure, zero-intuitive control over troop loadouts repeatedly causing inability to do anything, because there were "no deployable troops". Short FYI: never, EVER, set up any auto-rallying. It will inevitably block doing anything else. Complete waste of a "feature" that finally made me ditch the game for good.

Horrible!! During fight when you must act quickly game keeps showing you stuff on sale and blocks all screen!! I understand that you guys are trying to sell as much as possible but this pisses off people!!! You need to heal your squad asap n ads keey pop out!!! So cheap!!
