It was a good app that I used for a while, unfortunally had to unninstall. Thought of getting back today and when I tried to login it said my account was deleted (even though I didn't asked for it), but I was like "whatever" and tried to create a new one (with the same email), it said that this email was already in use. Now I can't register a new account or log into my old one. Don't know what to think about it, I really enjoyed using the app.

The app doesn't upload my profile picture/cover photo nor will it let me verify my account. When I select a profile pic it just loads and does nothing. My profile looks like a bot trap

Terrible service. It feels like it takes months for your account to be approved and the support team doesn't really reply. And I've used doongle in the past since the epenpal times. I wish I could go back to those days when people would respond to you.
