Great company. Love what they are doing with their cashback card and occasional extra cashback offers. As for the app, it still has a long way to go in terms of UI/UX, especially in top-up screen. There are a few app crashes happening here and there.

In app chat still broken. Reported this MONTHS ago and can see other reviews with similar experiences yet doesn't seem to be priority for them to fix. Have used their website chat as an alternative and it's gone unanswered. Card works great with Payware but keeps getting declined when at a store with no Payware. I've tried to reset my pin, and also using all three options: check, savings, credit. Left me stranded when it failed at a petrol station, and it was my sole card.

There is no place to insert the referral code. Absolute garbage. Ruined friendship.

Why can't I get the dosh card this app isn't working properly trying to get a dosh card, and it's not letting me pass the address info you need to fix this app
