The app will glitch and when you reach out for customer service for help they will not make it easy. In fact, they will talk I circle for days and refuse even a small gesture of free shipping for their mistake and their app mistake. I can no longer recommend Dossier

More about the service than the app. They charged me for 4 months of supposed credits, and when I realized that they were still charging me, which was 159.90, I asked for a refund, and they refused and only refunded me 43.00 some odd dollars. If you buy from this brand, I suggest you cancel as soon as you buy. Because they will not refund your money.
