Love the spot on scents. I get compliments when I wear them. I have some of the original scents to compare to dossier scents and yes they are very close! Last long too.

More about the service than the app. They charged me for 4 months of supposed credits, and when I realized that they were still charging me, which was 159.90, I asked for a refund, and they refused and only refunded me 43.00 some odd dollars. If you buy from this brand, I suggest you cancel as soon as you buy. Because they will not refund your money.

The app keeps closing. As soon as I find something I want to check out, it closes. When I reopen I'm back at home page. Please fix this dossier! Then I'll give an honest review of the actual perfumes.

I love the perfume but can't get a hold of customer service just an email to return my item. The email address I signed up with isn't working.

Worst app/ website I have ever dealt with. Possible scam, they send me emails but don't have my account, ive a paid membership which I cannot access, and can't cancel or change. I bought 150 worth of products, yet they don't even have my email in their system for me to log in, even though they are sending me promotional emails. I am just confused at this point, tried to cancel my membership, but it leads me to a 404 page that doesn't exist. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY OR JUST INSANELY INCOMPETENT.
