I can't upload my insurance card. It keeps asking for permission, but the app doesn't request permission for the gallery, and taking images by camera is not working.

It's a good app for picking a number in a clinic or to monitor a queue however it's the worst app ever if you think to sync any medical records or actually do anything else

I was trying to reserve appointment, and it asks me to upload my insurance's card every time I try to upload it asks me to enable permissions however all permissions are enabled
