★★★★★ I found the answer. After a couple of weeks of frustration of the app not working, updating the pp multiple times, and updating my phone, problem solved!....uninstall the app, then reinstall the app and Walaw! It works!! I hope this helps someone else.

★★☆☆☆ I'd like to give 0 stars, but I can't. The app rarely opens anymore, and if it does, it never gets me to my lrp. It just buffers until you get too tired of waiting on it and go to the website directly. Disappointed in doTERRA for not fixing this by now.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I go to edit my order, I have to delete and reinstall this app. Which is very aggravating, otherwise all the app says is my bag is empty. On the other hand app is easy to use and great.
