★★★★★ The dott steps are a joy to use, good acceleration and speed, handle well, the blinkers and lights making them safer in traffic. Also, they are and feel strongly built. Never had an issue with the app, which is easy and clear in use. And I have the impression that steps with a defect become replaced/repaired fast.

★★★★★ Just moved to Dott from Tier... 1. Why is it not going beyond a sobriety warning?! 2. Why can't I unlock the vehicle without scanning like other apps?! So inconvenient 3. Why can't I see the actual battery levels besides unhelpful low, medium, high?? 4. A better explanation of the passes prices is needed...

Please update this app asap because you can never find a scooter on the app even tho there's scooters at the parking spot you scan every single one, and it says the vehicle os unavailable. Happened on almost everyone I scanned this evening 5/09/24 I had to request a refund because i didn't get to ride at all. Shame really because both app have had this problem im confused as to why vois app wasn't used
