I've just downloaded this app, paid the 39.99 annual fee & right in middle of 1st show it suddenly decides to load & load & load & load & load... What gives?! I have 5G technology, so what do I do?

DISAPPOINTED Installed and subscribed to app through my Google play which is my normal route I was charged for the monthly rate which I am glad now that I always start with in case of issues and proceeded to try to sign in customer service is saying I don't have an account and to contact google to see if maybe under a different email it's not I finally decided to take the $5 loss and cancel subscription at least I know google play is good about that so much for trying the Dove channel

Their description is wrong. They need to up their standards or have a way to customize what films are ok for their family to watch even in the kids section. It has some great family films some of my favorites like Man die but dove includes some shows for kids that are not wholesome such as scary Halloween shows.
