Description
This app disables Doze, the battery saving feature of Android, which consumes more battery power.
Please use it when you really want to avoid Doze.
If your OS is Android 11 or higher, we recommend using Doze Stopper. For Android 10 and below, use Doze Buster.
This app uses the alarm function of the OS. If you disallow the app's alarm permission on Android 13 or higher, the app will not work properly.
■ Example of use · Notifications from mail or game apps are delayed · You want to communicate with a server regularly, but communication stops when you leave the device idle · You want to keep receiving location updates, but location fixes stop when you leave the device idle
The Doze feature added from Android 6 is a great feature that saves battery power consumption. However, it is a very annoying feature if you have a process that you want to keep running in the background.
This app avoids that Doze by waking up the device on a regular basis.
You can also check if the Doze function is working by logging.
■How to Use - After installation, a dialog box will appear asking you to allow alarms. Please grant permission to "Doze Stopper" in the settings screen so that alarms can be used. - Press "START Doze Stopper" and you don't need to do anything else.
If Doze has not been disabled, it may be improved by turning off "Adaptive Battery" on the OS setting screen.

With the recent 4.5 update I'm missing notifications now. Checked the log, and it does not show if the phone was taken out of doze state anymore. 4.4 was much better, did not miss any notifications, and log showed when phone was taken out of doze state all the time. Reverted back to 4.4. ++I'm still getting "The device has been released from doze state" in the 4.4 version of the app in the log, and I'm getting my notifications now.

Constant notification of doze stopper running. Used to be able to clear the notification, but now even after clearing the notification it just reappears.

This app may or may not disable doze, but it has definitely disabled my bedtime mode and dark mode schedules. I've turned off doze stopper and uninstalled, with no change. At this point I'm not sure how to revert without resetting my phone.

It used to work, but IDK if it was the recent update or the switch to Android 15, but it's taking several minutes to release from Doze state now, if it does at all.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
