Very good and suprised with the negative reviews. I lost my card last week and with the app I could instantly freeze my card and unfreeze at will. Dozens dispatched a card and changed my address for me straight away. I've also been taking advantage of the 5% bonds which seem like a no brainer. How can you go wrong with a backed 5% interets, especially in these times. Suprised that there are so many negative reviews. Maybe bots as it's a fairly new company but who knows.

A great bank that looks after its customers. I love the customer focused features, like its fantastic savings options, which are far superior to anything currently on the market. Overall Dozens is more customer oriented than its competitors. I'm not a big fan of excluding customers with 'paid-for' options, but Dozens' benefits outweigh that negative. In my opinion Dozens is: number 1 for savings, for current accounts it's better than Monzo, but not quite as good as Starling.

Issues from day 1 , applied got the accoubt got my card 2 months of sorting a technical error , finally get the account register it on my device, account is closed on me . I had access for a total of 18 hours in 2 months!!!! Well simply tell me that not close my account !!!! Waste of time and effort. Use a different bank ppl .

Horrific service, do not download. Dozens decided to restrict my card without warning or reason, I have phoned them multiple times and they just say "you have to wait" when I asked how long they just say "I don't know". Because of this I have not been able to buy dinner for the last 2 nights and have also missed my rent payment because Dozens have decline access TO MY OWN MONEY. You can't treat your customers like this, I'm moving to one of your competitors as soon as you release my money.

Bank is an absolute SCAM transfered £1000 into my account in January and they put my account in hold still no given me access to my money and no explanation of why they have locked it all they keep saying is you cant talknti that relevant department via phone
