The app just deleted nearly a month's worth of my billings. I was told that this was because of 'sync issues' between the phone app and the web app. Nothing was backed up, and they told me to just re-enter all the info. They apologized for the trouble. Save yourself the time and headache - I can't recommend this app.

App works pretty well. Support from agents is somewhat spotty. I have been trying to follow up on a request for editing submission, and it is quite difficult to reach an agent for a reasonably prompt response. I am still awaiting a response from one of the agents from Dr. Bill. This is even with the comprehensive plan (1.95% fee). If you value good support real time from agents, I would probably do more research on other options, before committing.
