I use stocks before on my first time investing. Then drangonfi came. Supported by research and tools to make due diligence much easier, and the best part bis the community of retail investors it creates that makes a sense of belongingness. User-friendly interface. The green and black color combination is sleek. It was all filipino retail investors needed. Then a pera account really sets it apart to others legacy brokers. All in one app. Kudos to the dragonfi team.

Very easy to open and user-friendly yung app, real time funding & withdrawals makes it easier to transfer funds, and I like the dividend history feature the most with dividend snapshots. Dagdagan na lang sana soon ng statistics on earnings from gains and dividends combined vs investment cost & net dividend yield for my overall portfolio and individual holdings. Customer support is very helpful & responsive making my concerns gets addressed quickly. thank you, DF team.

My TIN is valid, matched with my name and yet your system says I entered invalid TIN. I have waiting for more or less 6 months and until now just trying to get approved my PERA account.

Never ending issues & problems: 1. Customer care support has low comprehension, they will argue with you against what actually happened when you try to explain to them in layman's terms. Submitted evidence but they can't even do simple math. In the end the issues are not addressed nor fixed. 2. Missing deposit, app malfunctions, missing money, profit/loss have bugs, etc. NEGATIVE ISSUES JUST KEPT ON COMING & STAFF ARE ILL TRAINED TO HANDLE THEM. JUST WAITING TO LIQUIDATE MY POSITIONS.

I can no longer open my account. I'm trying to send a verification code to my Yahoo Mail account, but it's not reflecting in my Yahoo Mail. It's frustrating because I have a lot of many saved there. And I can't access my account.
