★★★★★ Not bad ! Some good things, and some fair things, just realize you don't have to take the trip!, great for spare time !

★★★★★ I have nothing negative to say. I appreciate the face that support is available whenever I have needed them. They are proficient in their handling of issues, including trucks not present when I arrive. So far, I have not had time to feel like my time is being wasted. They realize time is money, and have adjusted the pay in my favor, as they should. A recent trip challenged the support team, as several of us called to report an issue. All of us were texted with the solution.

★★★★★ Some people like to waste your time, but not here .good customer service. Problems solved quickly and efficiently. Pay is pretty good for most trips

★★☆☆☆ Can't finish setting up an account Been trying for over two weeks to set this up every time I get to the place where I have to agree and sign the only thing I get is a partial page that will let me sign but then I can't take any action I have contacted support several times and have sent several screenshots I want to inish this but if you can't get those pages to work then I'll have to forget it. Every time I try to contact you on the web I keep getting directed back to the app that doesn't work

★★☆☆☆ Phone consistently does not sound alerts and I can sit right next to another driver and see multiple trips that aren't showing up on my app while other drivers have a multitude of trips available to them that I'm somehow "blocked" from being able to view after texting driver support and managers I suddenly couldn't go to the support page to email the higher ups the Midwest regional managers over the Chicago land area Tito in particular are shady and show favoritism always looking to take ur $$!

★★☆☆☆ This app isn't working properly. It won't allow me to choose available or unavailable. It just stays on available and won't allow me to change it. It won't show any jobs either. It seems to be stuck
