I paid for this app that expires on Dec. The 11 but while I look at the short story it still wants me to pay per chapter. 59 dollars is a lot and you want more.

Once I paid for the subscription, it's starting to take a long time to load. About 4 days ago all of a sudden all but about 15 shows disappeared. I am not sure what happened, but I have a year subscription with no shows. Frustrating!!!

You guys charged me over sixty dollars for an item that I have no clue what it is. I never made the transaction or even approved of the purchase. But yet you guys still took out over sixty dollars from my account, which is fraud. I got proof of the transaction on my online banking statement. But yet when I go to my account on your app, it doesn't show anything on there. I sent you guys an email about this but have yet to still hear back. I want my money back that you took without my approval.
