DrawArt: Drawing & Trace

Point your camera at a sheet of paper and DrawArt projects a drawing on top of it. You see the lines through your phone, you trace them with a real pencil, and the finished drawing is on real paper — not on a screen.

PROJECT ONTO PAPER
Prop your phone over your desk, pick a picture, and the outline appears over the paper in the camera view. Lock the image so it stays put while you work, dim it with the opacity slider, and turn on a grid when you want to check proportions.

A LIBRARY WORTH DRAWING
Over 2,000 pictures sorted into topics — animals, flowers, food, portraits, eyes, tattoo line art, vehicles and more. Every one is labelled easy, medium or hard with a realistic time estimate, so you know what you are signing up for before you start.

YOUR OWN PHOTOS
Bring in any photo from your gallery and DrawArt turns it into clean line art you can trace. Four different line styles, so a portrait and a landscape each get treatment that suits them.

STEP-BY-STEP LESSONS
Guided lessons break a drawing into stages — block in the shapes, then the details, then the shading. Good for the days when you want to be taught rather than left alone with a blank page.

COLOR IN THE APP
Not near a printer? Fill any template in colour on your phone instead, then save it to your gallery.

WATCH YOURSELF DRAW
DrawArt records your session and turns it into a time-lapse video you can share.

FREE AND PRO
Three drawings a day are free, with the whole library open. DrawArt Pro removes the daily limit, unlocks your own photos, exports time-lapse video in HD with no watermark, and works offline. Pro is a subscription; you can cancel any time from Google Play.
