★★★★★ Hi guys it's still a five star from me. Cracking little game, I do have a few ideas though, can you add a day & night cycle to the hospital & the outside, also purchasable lighting for the rooms and corridors, would love to see the hospital at night, atmospheric, could you add more NPC's as everyone looks the same, and it gets boring lol, little things like this make a big different. Plz add more happiness items "wall mounted TVs & radios for waiting areas, also traffic & bus stop be nice touch.

★★☆☆☆ This game is all about getting money, eventually you will need to expand in order to add more rooms into your hospital, and they make it almost impossible to expand your hospital and not have to spend money. Your will need 20 blueprints to expand, and you will have to buy them because you don't get enough as a reward to progress in the game.

★★☆☆☆ I used to love this game, but way the events have changed, make it impossible to like anymore. As soon as a new event starts, it says registration closed, when registration for it was never open.

★★☆☆☆ What kind of hospital lets people puke on the floor? That's a lot of work for one janitor, and the constant sight of vomiting (and people trying not to slip on it) is enough to make *me* feel sick. (The game doesn't even let you have trash bins to avoid this until level six... why?) Also, these patients have no patience, lol.
