Good at first and then kept going down from there. Coach pat checked in and got back to me for the first few weeks and then started replying less and had way more generic answers and not answering questions or requests. It became less personable, worse quality. I wish I did the monthly subscription instead of upfront payment, so I could've canceled and done something else. Looking forward to going back to my old training program with more appreciation.
