Description by Kkpp Studios(from Google Play)
Dream Voices is a sleep recorder designed to capture sleep talking, snoring, and other nighttime sounds without making you listen through hours of silence. Record sleep talk, write dream journal entries, play relaxing sleep sounds, and protect your data with secure Cloud Backup.
Wondering if you sleep talk? Want to check snoring, record unexplained noises, or remember your dreams more clearly? Dream Voices helps you record, organize, and review what happens during the night in one app.
Smart Sleep Recorder Dream Voices uses sound-activated recording, so silence is skipped automatically. Adjustable sensitivity helps capture sleep talking in different environments, while high-quality audio and normalized playback make recordings easier to hear. You can also set a timer to delay recording until you fall asleep.
Voice Detection Turn on Voice Detection to focus on voices and reduce snoring and background noise. This helps you find sleep talking faster and keep irrelevant recordings to a minimum.
Cloud Backup Protect your recordings and dream journals with secure Cloud Backup. Keep your sleep data safer, recover it more easily, and move to a new device without losing important recordings and notes.
Dream Journal Write down dreams as soon as you wake up. Track sleep quality and dream mood, add tags and keywords, and quickly search past dream journal entries. You can also jump to sleep recordings from the same night to connect dreams with your sleep talking.
Relaxing Sleep Sounds Fall asleep with calming sounds from categories like nature, meditation, and fans. Mix up to 4 sleep sounds at once, adjust each volume individually, and let the app switch from sleep sounds to the sleep recorder automatically once you are ready to sleep.
Community Share sleep talk recordings with friends and family or explore recordings shared by users around the world. Listen, like, comment, and discover top-liked recordings each month.
Simple, Powerful Tools • One-tap start for overnight recording • Audio waveforms to identify important sounds faster • Trim recordings and merge clips • Favorite recordings and journals • Group, sort, filter, and search with ease • Recover deleted recordings from the trash

Really good app. Picks up everything. I've captured knocks, a random voice and my snoring 😎 Great if you like listening to bumps in the night or like me, you enjoy trying to capture EVP's.

I really love this app. I wish there were more people using it so there were more ppl sharing their recordings in the community. I recently (12 months ago) discovered I was a sleep talker and had been looking for a great app that would not only record my sleep but the feature I needed was that it would only activate when it sensed sound. For $1.99 a month I get access to that exact feature. I've found the settings that work for me and love listening in the morning!

I was skeptical about the functionality, but it works great and doesn't seem to miss anything. On that note, not missing anything is a problem as every snore is recorded. So for people who snore a lot, after the first few hours of snore, no more recording will be made as recording limit would be reached. Perhaps, snores could be normalized and only record first few and then record only sleep talks and other noise. I am thinking this is possible as I keep my fan on and the App is able to skip those, possibly detecting as constant environment sound. This could be extended to snore as well. Update (8/17/2021): Developer has responded with their plans to mitigate any shortcomings. For their responsiveness, now I rate 5 star.

I really wish this would work. When I test it out, it records and with great quality, but when I check in the morning not one single recording has been done :(

2 Stars until the problem gets fixed After updating the app now there is and in screen prompt trying to update, but it won't update it just goes about a quarter of the way and then almost crashes my phone. I would Uninstaller and reinstall but don't want to lose my previous recordings and paid status.

Doesn't record anything once the screen is locked. All required permissions set for background use. Never records anything once the screen is locked.
★☆☆☆☆Altruistic Pie· Sep 7, 2021
Left it going overnight and got 200 recordings of nothing but loud static. Really bummed that I paid for this.
