App has been very stable for a year or so for me, so I'm changing to four stars (more detailed data would get it 5). Seems like last few updates broke Bluetooth to the extent that it's unusable. I go days without being able to get data, then one day it'll magically connect just the one time. I've literally managed to connect and download data twice in three weeks now. DS2. Edit: support needs to wake up and read these reviews for the app. This is awful.

This app helps me with my cpap usage, because it lets me know how many apnea events I'm having even with the machine. However, it takes longer than most to load, and sometimes loses the Bluetooth connection and I have to sign in again, which is problematic. It also gets a little reminder if I don't use it for long enough. This is nice, but can feel a little naggy.

I can't sleep without my dream mapper now. Struggled at first, but the perseverance paid off. There is little noise from the machine as long as the mask is fitted correctly. If the first mask you try is nt the one for you there are many other types to try before giving up.

Horrible connection, phone is right next to machine yet every time I try to download my date it will not connect, I have not been able to do this in months. I have re put in my machine info and phone info multiple times. Fix these bugs

Randomly quits working. When I scan or manually enter my Device Serial number it tells me it's an "invalid entry". What else is there to do? There is no Help button at that point. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times today and once yesterday. Have tried resetting my PW, tried "forgot my password", tried on my iPad and my Android phone. Been about a week without seeing any data or connecting with the device. Fortunately the CPAP still works just not the app. Hope it still has data?

Last updated data transfer was on April 13, 2023. I tried to refresh the data transfer on July 14, 2023, but it wouldn't update or connect by Bluetooth. I did a network reset and also uninstalled the APP. I reinstalled the APP on my phone. I noticed that the APP was not updated since September 2022. Please fix the APP, so I can use it again.
