24feb2025 app was down for an extended period due to update. After update the UI was much cleaner. Added features such as cleaning reminders. However, data sync takes much longer than previous version.

NOVICE-DEVELOPED DUD APP. The app is poorly done and botched without any new useful feature. I can't find an easy way to sync with the device. And I can't see the latest sleep report before syncing. Syncing is hidden inside a layer of menu, and the menu option to sync is vague and counterintuitive. It should be automatic when the app is connected, or it should have an option upfront. Call the option "Sync Your Device."

Horrible update if that's what you call it. The old version worked perfectly. Now, I keep losing sync to my phone, and there is no daily data comparison for the week. Unreal that you're messing with people's medical condition.

The updated app doesn't work. Since installing the new version, I have been unable to sync data from my CPAP device. Please bring back the old version.
