Works exactly as described, and you can completely control the Drexel from this app. It's speed and power. It's definitely a great app and a great product. The Drexel is extremely powerful. It is big but let's just put it this way, I lost the key to my hitch lock It was the kind that has a ball that you place into your trailer hitch and metal bar goes across the top and locks. I used an all metal Drexel blade, and I was on low power, and it went right through it no problem. Very nice product

I like the app but, I'm looking at the Drexel 8260, and I'm trying to understand the speed settings ON THE TOOL. When I roll the speed dial all the way counter-clockwise to the 5k RPM setting, I can then move it one click clockwise and while I can hear the RPMs speed up the tool STILL shows just "5"k RPM...why? This continues for a couple more speed settings...so you really can't actually tell how fast the tool is going at times. SO THE APP SHOULD SHOW THE TOOLS REALTIME ACTUAL SPEED ANYWAY.

Limited functionality for Bit-finder. I Downloaded this for the bit-finding functionality only. However, It is just a poster that you can zoom into. A single image guide. I expected links to tutorials, instructions for each bit, how to use/change, its functionality. Animations or videos on how to change the bit and suggestions for its use. I don't have the smart tool, so I cannot comment on that part. A bit disappointing.

Keeps crashing on clicking the dashboard button. Flashes up a battery screen, then crashes. Device care shows: "Keep your phone running smoothly Drexel is crashing frequently. Put it in deep sleep to keep your phone running smoothly"

Cool effort but useless. Connect it over Bluetooth to keep track of temperature and nothing else you can't do with the tool itself. I was really looking towards locking the tool with password over Bluetooth in case if it ever gets stolen.

Worked fine on my old A71 5G. Just upgraded to the S24 Ultra and the Drexel app will no longer run. When you open it, it immediately shuts down. Contacted Drexel, and they were no help, gave me a link to the product page.
