I am seeing what others are saying about Bluetooth not staying connected to the machine. To stay connected, I held the "start" button on the Drinkworks for 3 seconds until the menu on the machine came up, which allowed me to use this app to download the latest firmware update for the machine. The only other real issue I had was registering the warranty through the app. I had to call support to register. Other than this, the app is great.

This is my third machine in just under a year The first two machines paired fine but the third one is just like everybody else is saying refuses to stay connected... For the amount they charge for the machine and pause you think they can at least get the app right.....

I would echo what others have said. The app does not connect to the machine. I cannot get it to pair at all. I have tried reinstalling the app several times. It immediately says cannot connect Bluetooth. On my phone it says connected but through the app it says connection unsuccessful. Even on the machine it gives the pair code. Pixel 2Xl
