Terrible customer service. They often cancel bookings at the last moment, and even when customers request support, they don’t make proper efforts to arrange another driver. Other companies at least try coordinating with nearby drivers, but this company does not handle customers professionally. Very disappointing experience.

Dnt ever trust this company and employees, sab jhoote hai, agar aapki Gandi ka accident hua to ye log haath shade karlete hai, aur bolte hai claim karo Jake, sab ke sab choor hai, sirf apne driver ko defend karte hai, inka answer hota hai, aap HUD dekh lo, aur baad me ye aapko block karate hai, aur driver ko Kama pe rakhte, chahe galti driver ki ho magar ye aapko galat bolenge, aur us driver ka naam hai muneef, aur inki jo manager hai lady unko to baat karne ki tameez hi nahi hai,

Very pathetic service. They accepted my booking for 8 am and no sign of them. When I called they are saying there is no one available at your location. So I asked when they knew it why didn't they cancel or notify me, so they said if it's in pending u should cancel. I wonder if they really know how to operate. Please don't rely on them, or you will end up getting stuck.
