I can only rate it as 4 stars. This is because not all gauges in the app work with my truck. I have a 2006 Freightliner columbia. All 3 fuel economy gauges do not work. If all gauges worked with my truck then I could do 5 stars

System went down for me on 11/23/20. I haven't able to certify logs since. Keep getting message that reads (device not optimized #mm2) Whatever that is supposed to mean. No one answering phones or responding emails. Back on paper logs until remedied.

Unable to log out because the ELD data can't transfer all of a sudden. It transferred up until yesterday. It's ALWAYS something with Rand McNally!!!

Soo, the driver has to wait for the app to fluffer god knows what. Can't this be done in the background as the logs change with duty status? 3rd rate hack job.

It appears that the Rand McNally server isn't working it's also giving me a notification to register my DC200 because the driver Connect app is not recognizing the serial number. Almost none of the RM websites are working
