Drone Nation allows new pilots to find someone to Learn from, or to Fly with, while it gives experienced pilots a chance to pass on what they've learned. If you enable location services, Drone Nation will use location in the background to alert you when pilots are flying nearby.

Honestly didn't even use app yet (and won't) but there is a comment from Mark on 2/21 that talks about collecting a lot of personal data they don't need. The developers commented back saying it was a misprint, and they don't collect those types of info. Also said they removed the comment (but it was still there?) When I went to sign up and agree to permissions, everything Mark said, was there. I wish this let you post screenshots... The developer is full of it, it collects tons of info

Man I tried to get on you all's drone Nation I used to be on there about a year ago and your page is messed up it tells me to recover my account I try to recover my account there's no option on there, and then it pushes you have to agree I agreed to everything you're at as many bugs you all need to fix that before I join you got to fix them bugs, so I asked for now I recommend you only get two stars that's it tops/ well Jason I had a few moments this morning to do it, but I don't have the time right no

I quit the forum a while back because of people being political, I fly to be free from daily stress. I gave it a second chance and was just disappointed. No politics period! I don't care what side you're on. Just leave off the forum.

Absolute rubbish! And the fact that you invade my privacy by collecting information from my phone computer and other devices is ridiculous. I've absolutely nothing to hide but still. What gives you the right to invade my privacy and collect information data photos my friends' info etc.
