Great app for DJI Fans, not so much for the Au tel crowd. I just purchased my first Au tel drone for my company, and I'm pretty disappointed in the support for Au tel. We need software that is cross-platform, so I'll be cancelling my subscription ONLY because of their lack of Au tel support. If you're a DJI shop, this is a great alternative to DJI's fly app!

Phenomenal piece of software. I use it with my DJI Mini 3 Pro for aerial mapping, and it has never let me down. I love the pause and resume feature which works so well and reliably. Yes, I use it with an RC Pro controller. If you use it with the RC-N1 and an Android phone, know is still in Beta at this time the app may crash on you. But even then all you need to do is resume the mission and all is good. I highly recommend you give this a try if you fly missions with your DJI drones.

Unable to connect to drone. The remote works (can take off, fly and land) but the app doesn't connect to the drone. The drone model is supported (Air 2S). The drone link app complains that my device is old. That some advanced functionalities would require a newer device may be acceptable. But that it simply doesn't work at all isn't (esp. considering the price of €99). Litchi works without a hitch on the exact same config.

Account suspended for no reason, contact support button doesn't work. After paying for a hobbyist account I opened up the application today to find "my account has been suspended" for allegedly flying commercial or government missions. 100% of my flying is on my own personal property for fun. Edit: Drone link promptly reached out after this review and reinstated my account, though offered no apologies, explanations, or assurances.

It doesn't work. Garbage app. The drone flies just fine in DJI app but on Drone link it keeps saying Telemetry unavailable. And the only troubleshooting option is to contact DJI? No, the issue is your app, not DJI. Why would we contact DJI for a problem that doesn't exist on their end?

Drone link used to work with my mavic mini and now it no longer works. I really can't get any technical support, but to read the technical support and that's very confusing. It's been so long they won't give me a refund now. I spent about a hundred bucks on this app. I also have a phantom 3, and it will not blink the lights to activate a drop.
