You have gone through the rigmarole of creating an account, giving them all your details - full address, email, phone number, car details to be able to do anything only to find out the service isn't available in my area. Great. Could have let me check that before I wasted 10 minutes on a pointless app.

Tried to sign up, but the address tab just defaults back to select address. No option to add it manually. Short and sweet.

Can't really say how good the app is as I can not create an account. It won't let me select an address. Have even tried multiple addresses but still no luck. Would be good if you could book via the website and not have to do it through an app that obviously isn't up to it. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere for a valet
