Horrible App, claim they give you a heads-up for the drop which they don't, when you answer their drop questions you get error messages. Waste of money. Not to mention the App notifying you claiming shoes that are sold out are in stock. I don't normally write reviews, but this was really disappointing.

Definitely not the sneaker community I was told about. I had a personal sneaker tradegy occur when I was member. The theft of over $40k in shoes and another $10k in merchandise; was given 1 month free off their supposed "sneaker community." No one was empathetic or helpful just omg sorry bro that sucks. Other than that most of their info is late/slow, so you can never really hit on anything nice. Cancelled my membership because I was fed up with the grandstanding the employees do.

I'm not sure if they purposely have terrible customer service, but I paid for the upgraded subscription and the app never updated from "basic" to "upgraded". I decided to screenshot in the app where it says "you've already subscribed to Mobile Plus Monthly" and I cannot upgrade. I email support, and they offer no help and say "we can't see where you purchased a subscription" this is after showing them the screenshots of my SoleSavy account showing the error message. Terrible customer service

DON'T BUY PREMIUM Bought premium member status and took over a week to update on the app. So I basically missed out on the drops I actually wanted Going on 2 weeks and still hasn't given me upgraded status
