So, far a good app to help get some sneakers. Even though they sell out quick. I can catch the restocks. Thanks SOLES AVY AND DROPS TEAM FOR HELPING ME!

Drops, by SoleSavy, is a fantastic app for sneaker heads! The curated drops and release information are incredibly helpful, saving you the hassle of endless searching. The community aspect is also a plus, connecting you with other sneaker enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

Upgraded to mobile plus took my money but no Upgrade still says you need to upgrade wast of time and £10.99 out of pocket

Definitely not the sneaker community I was told about. I had a personal sneaker tradegy occur when I was member. The theft of over $40k in shoes and another $10k in merchandise; was given 1 month free off their supposed "sneaker community." No one was empathetic or helpful just omg sorry bro that sucks. Other than that most of their info is late/slow, so you can never really hit on anything nice. Cancelled my membership because I was fed up with the grandstanding the employees do.

DON'T BUY PREMIUM Bought premium member status and took over a week to update on the app. So I basically missed out on the drops I actually wanted Going on 2 weeks and still hasn't given me upgraded status

I'm not sure if they purposely have terrible customer service, but I paid for the upgraded subscription and the app never updated from "basic" to "upgraded". I decided to screenshot in the app where it says "you've already subscribed to Mobile Plus Monthly" and I cannot upgrade. I email support, and they offer no help and say "we can't see where you purchased a subscription" this is after showing them the screenshots of my SoleSavy account showing the error message. Terrible customer service
