Not sure what Vikram is talking about, how can you hold SoleSavy responsible for your problem. I only have a shoe collection worth $14,000, but I’m smart enough to have it insured. that's why I find it hard to believe his comment. When you become a member of SoleSavy ( the best thing I ever did) you DON'T send them your shoes' collection, I can’t understand how he thinks the members or the managers owe him anything. SoleSavy is a great group of people, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

It's hard to keep up with all the sneaker releases, but this app makes it soooo much easier!!! I love the fact that I can set the notifications to my specific size so if a sneaker in my size drops anywhere, in any store BOOOM!! I can click on it, and it adds it to my cart! GENIUS!!!

DON'T BUY PREMIUM Bought premium member status and took over a week to update on the app. So I basically missed out on the drops I actually wanted Going on 2 weeks and still hasn't given me upgraded status

Definitely not the sneaker community I was told about. I had a personal sneaker tradegy occur when I was member. The theft of over $40k in shoes and another $10k in merchandise; was given 1 month free off their supposed "sneaker community." No one was empathetic or helpful just omg sorry bro that sucks. Other than that most of their info is late/slow, so you can never really hit on anything nice. Cancelled my membership because I was fed up with the grandstanding the employees do.

I'm not sure if they purposely have terrible customer service, but I paid for the upgraded subscription and the app never updated from "basic" to "upgraded". I decided to screenshot in the app where it says "you've already subscribed to Mobile Plus Monthly" and I cannot upgrade. I email support, and they offer no help and say "we can't see where you purchased a subscription" this is after showing them the screenshots of my SoleSavy account showing the error message. Terrible customer service
