Learn rudiments, good for beginners, don't expect magical skills upon app download, moving back and forth may and can have adds. All basic rudiments available with metronome from 20 to more than 120 beats per second, snare drum hit. No fancy animations, no song inputs, have rudiment randomizer and custom rudiment creation option useful for user beats-not tested (still learning before making). Ads aren't overwhelming, if used in special manners. Can turn off sound of snare and metronome if needed

This is THEE best app I've found to improve: A. Your rudiments (especially if you don't know how to read music...) B. Most importantly you're over all drumming because, let's face it, rudiments are the Holy Grail of drums and the building blocks of what needs to happen on drums from marching band drummers to kit players and everything in between. I have tried others, as for user-friendly, this has proven to be my favorite by far. DRT offers you a variety of options yet is easy to use. Standard rudiments and hybrids. Visually, the animation of RL demonstrating the desired stroke is very helpful. Optional snare sound, and bpm click, let you see, hear, and feel collectively as you practice. This app has made not only my rudiment practice better but also playing around the kit. I highly recommend it to those who love playing drums.

It's great with one major bug: the drum audio does NOT play at the correct tempo anywhere last 30bpm or so. Simple test-set it to a single para diddle at 40bpm and watch as the drum audio gets further and further out of sync with the display. If it weren't for this major problem it would be a five-star app imo, but as is its kinda useless

I haven't been able to use it, I have drums, and I have set it up plenty of times, though when I play it ask me what type I want to do. I've already set what type I want, but it just keeps asking.

Doesn't stay on time! Obnoxious loud volume add after first ten seconds. Instant uninstallation!
