Has its own faults but still works well. I have to put my phone in an airplane mode in order to pair with the panel, which is fine. After initial setup always remember to connect the panel to your home Wi-Fi first then wait for the window to appear that will ask to connect to the home Wi-Fi. This will maintain the connection throughout the whole house. I just did 12k SQ FT house and had zero issues programming my IQ Pro. Wish the LAN port was the priority and Wi-Fi a secondary options, but it works

Updated to 1.5.1 app now appears to work properly with no disconnect/crash etc. so can now service/install using my primary phone. Would still be nice to be able to use a laptop for programming and not rely on a Wi-Fi connection ... Updated to 1.5.0 on Android 15. While I can now connect to a panel, the connection drops 5 feet from the panel. Have to restart the whole pairing process every couple minutes

Does not work on anything newer than android 14. Needs location permission, but you can't add the permission manually if you are on android 15 or newer. Wasted 4 hours of my day driving to the customer site.

The app will not maintain connection with the panel further than 50 feet away. So I can't program from anywhere in the house. It defeats the purpose of being able to program from a phone. I can do the same thing on a keypad in a fraction of the time on other panels. Some UI elements are missing completely for example the button to delete a remote keypad just isn't there on my app. Whoever decided to make a panel that can't be programmed locally through a keypad is an absolute moron.

Will not connect to panels running the latest Android software released Sept 2024. Please release the update. This app needs to work to manage and install the panels.
