★★☆☆☆ I changed my handset, went to the bank and filled a deactivation form for old phone to date, I still cannot transact via this useless app, your customer service seem not to even understand the problem, I wrote to you, and no solution was offered. This is the worst experience ever, am literally frustrated, what is Soo hard put your systems in order. You aren't helpful at all.

★★☆☆☆ I registered for M-Banking a month ago, it worked so well, but recently I've been denied access to my account telling me that there might some changes done with my sim card. Kindly tell me how I should go about it without visiting any nearby branch cause am unable to leave the house......am unwell.

★★☆☆☆ BAD EXPERIENCE since yesterday 5.22am - apparently this App "had challenges" in the morning hours, that when I withdrew KES 500/- of the last KES 1000/- that I had from account to Mesa, it didn't reach the person I was sending to. The App gave me an option "Try Again", naturally I did, which deducted from my account another KES 500.00. Now I have no cash, and yesterday a customer champ tells me 24 hours to reconcile the accounts and refund effected. Nothing yet, as at 7.11am today. Bad coding.
