Absolutely FANTASTIC. LaThoma Gustin and all the Instructors on this app are full of information, tips and ideas to transform working out into something fun and easy to follow. There is SO much education in here for strength, mobility, workouts to suit different time-frames and pregnancy! I am WOWED. Thank you DTBA team!!! The app looks beautiful and is easy to follow.

Unfortunately, this app doesn't work in 'certain region' and that includes Brunei. So it's quite disappointing because I really love LA's workout videos.
