I like how easy it is to report and outage, and I also like the outage map. Being without power can make you feel helpless. Data, estimates, proactive updates to check in and let you know that your issue is still active helps fight the fear of the unknown.

I use this app every month to pay my bill, no problems until yesterday (7-2-23). The app isn't working, says it has a bug. Wondering if dte is aware and if so, when it will be fixed.

The app keeps closing I can't pay my bill, I can't view my bill for some reason I haven't received my bill in the mail I have no clue what's going on, every time I open the app it closes right away, every time I go to my payment method the app closes right away, this app needs some serious bug fixes! This app has been crashing since the last bug fix a few weeks ago, before they updated it was working perfectly fine!

5th power outage in last 12 months. DTE has 3rd world country standard and making money out of low standard. They should be replaced with other power company.
