Why does keeps reporting sensitive permission, it says DKET, at TOP, THEN LOCATION is what it accesses, check time an HOUR, OR FOR 1 min but contiusly for hours?!?!

WORRIED !!!! Play Store wanted to update DT EK with 0 bytes. Said it couldn't install. I hit the update button, manually. It installed: BUT DT EK states/reads last security patch May 1st. IS THIS SAFE/Recognized BY BLACKBERRY ??!
